On December 8, 2011, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim agreed to terms with superstar Albert Pujols for 10 years, $254 million. Pending the successful results of a physical, King Albert will be coming to Orange County for the next decade.
The beauty of this amazing deal was in the way it was handled by the Angels. Arte Moreno and new GM Jerry Dipoto, along with other Angels executive staff, seemed to create this deal in the shadows without any hint to the media. Unlike the Miami Marlins, who have been vocal about their interest in the All-Star first baseman, the Angels surprised the sporting world with their unprecedented announcement. You can count on Orange County fans fully supporting the arrival of the King, as they hope to see their team bring home a world series trophy during Pujols’ reign.
Since I live less than 10 minutes from Angels Stadium, I’m prepared to hear a lot more fireworks going off during home games when Albert and team crank out home runs. The Angels should consider increasing their fireworks budget if they haven’t already.
It’s going to be an exciting time for Angels Baseball!

Google will be giving Gmail an update soon, and users are already being prompted to switch to the new version of the popular email service. If you’ve made the switch to the new Gmail look, but aren’t quite ready to keep it that way, then (for now) you can change it back to the comfortable look you’re used to seeing. It’s very easy to do; here’s how:
1. Log into your Gmail account and look for the cog on the right side of your inbox. Now, the confusion users are having is the presence of two cogs on the right side of the screen. Select the lower cog, as seen below:

2. Once you’ve selected the correct cog, a list of options will appear. Select the “Revert to the old look temporarily” option:

That’s it! Google will ask you why you’re switching back, but you don’t need to fill in the form. Hope this helps.
Lastly, if you want to switch back again to the new look, then simply click on the “Switch to the new look” tab on the lower-right corner of your gmail page (make sure you’re logged in). If you don’t see the tab, then close any chats or tasks tabs you might have open.
Enjoy!
